电机使用环境应经常保持干燥，表面应保持清洁，进风口不应积灰尘、纤维等杂物。当电动机的热保护及短路保护连续发生动作时，应检查故障来自电动机还是超负荷，或是由于保护装置定置太低，故障清除后方可投入运行。

电机轴承运行1500~2000h应补加润滑脂，轴承温度最高不超120℃，温度低于70℃时，补加润滑脂的间隔时间可适当延长。注油时使用注油枪，先将流水槽钢模具 不锈钢铸件 扭王字块模具 井盖钢模具 标志桩模具 调匝式消弧线圈 风冷控制柜 烤漆龙骨将排油管上的油脂堵取下，加入新的油脂直到原有的油脂从排油孔排出，用抹布擦干净，注油完毕，将油堵拧紧。
Lubricating grease should be added to the motor bearing during 1500 ~ 2000h operation. The maximum bearing temperature should not exceed 120 ℃. When the temperature is lower than 70 ℃, the interval of adding lubricating grease can be appropriately extended. When injecting oil, use the oil gun to remove the grease plug from the oil drain pipe, add new grease until the original grease is discharged from the oil drain hole, wipe it with a rag, and tighten the oil plug after the oil injection.
